Austin Winchester, RBT
Spencer is passionate about creating supportive, inclusive spaces where children can thrive. With a background in Special Education, Autism, and American Sign Language, Spencer has worked hard to provide services for our disabled community in various positions. Spencer brings warmth, creativity, and a strong commitment to family-centered care. As a teacher and the founder of All Around Indy, Spencer is deeply invested in building a practice rooted in advocacy, acceptance, and access for all. Outside of work, you’ll find them taking care of their aquariums!
Kelsey Maginity, RBT
Austin is an empathetic Registered Behavior Technician who is engaging, motivated, and highly organized. With a genuine passion for helping children learn, Austin creates meaningful and structured learning experiences that support each child's unique needs. Outside of work, Austin enjoys developing creative sensory activities that enhance stimulation and promote growth through play.
Kelsey is a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician who brings consistency, patience, and kindness to every session. She has a calm and reassuring presence that helps children feel supported and understood. In addition to her work at All Around Indy, Kelsey is also a Deaf mentor, using her experience to foster connection and inclusion. Outside of work, Kelsey enjoys spending quality time caring for her family — a reflection of her deep compassion and commitment to others.

Paula is a kind and knowledgeable member of the All Around Indy team who brings warmth, patience, and experience to her work with children and families. She is dedicated to creating a supportive environment where each child feels valued, understood, and encouraged to grow. Paula’s thoughtful approach and strong knowledge allow her to meet children where they are while helping them build meaningful skills and confidence.
